Just wanted to say I drove out from Collierville today for a "spontaneous" trip to visit Oakland (my wife loves sponaeous). Anyways, my wife considers weekends family time and the kid had to take a nap so I couldn't stay but a few minutes but I thought the turnout was great considering it was 28 degrees with strong wind. I would guess around 15-20 people at the major intersection there. You have to remember Oakland probably have 5-8,000 residents I would guess if that many. The meetup group for fayet county did a great job.
