Kilshaw said the controversy surrounding the billboard did not factor into the company's decision to take it down.

"We accepted the copy in accordance with our policy," Kilshaw said. "We believe in people's right to advertise, [we] thought it [the copy] was OK, [and] we stand behind that decision," Kilshaw said.

The sign, paid for by the organization Life Always, reads: "The most dangerous place for an African-American is in the womb."

Thoughts?

'African-Americans' should stop making babies that they aren't willing to take care of.

At least that's what I think.

government should stop bailing out people who make stupid decisions. Be it the banks or 16yr olds who think its fashionable to have a baby. Kill the govt hand out and in 2-3 yrs teen pregnancy would drop to historically low lvls.

Why should an innocent person have to suffer the death penalty because their parents weren't willing to take care of them???

African americans make 36% of abortions while only accounting for 13% of the population. He was correct to begin with, not racist.

From that it would appear that they are a targeted demographic. Not unexpected if you read the writings of Margret Sanger.

The man behind the Billboard stated that almost 70% of black babies are aborted.
"We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don't want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population. and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members."

Margaret Sanger's December 19, 1939 letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble
"Birth control must lead ultimately to a cleaner race."
Margaret Sanger. Woman, Morality, and Birth Control. New York: New York Publishing Company, 1922. Page 12.

From what I have read, blacks rarely got abortions in the 60's, 70's and 80's. A significant majority were vehemently opposed to abortions. Why the change?

Availability is a big reason. This is simply a form of de-population of the black community. Just found this from Mox....

Good video. They both bring up valid points. Even if someone supports abortion, they should be alarmed at the disproportionate amount of black women having abortions. In the past, when young black girls got pregnant they had their babies; they didn't abort them. There are those who will say that they did this to get on welfare, but I don't buy this because many black women raised their children without fathers and worked two jobs to take care of their family. I just don't see how a culture that was so extremely opposed to abortion now ranks the highest in the nation in having abortions. I smell a conspiracy.
