I think this news kinda sucks for Ron Paul. I don't imagine he'll be pulling any of the hard core Mayor G and McCain votes. They'll just get traded over to Fred Thompson and Romney. I still think a strong showing for Paul will do wonders. He'll crush all the second tier canidates and if he runs close to Thompson and Romney it's all good. I think in the primaries he's got a great chance. Let Thompson and crew split the Authoritarian GOP vote four ways while Ron takes the "Sick of the BS" Republicans and cross over independents and democrats. It's going to be great.
