Lets be fair, Huckabee was a proponent of FairTax (and getting rid of the income tax) from day 1.

Yes, but he wants to replace it with Fair Tax which is "revenue neutral"

revenue neutral = THE GOVERNMENT COLLECTS THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM CITIZENS
