Now for the Secret plan.

Anybody know how much was spent in Iowa and NH?

I've seen reports of $200,000 to $1,500,000 for NH.

Maybe nobody has any idea what the campaign has been spending.

Sounds like Ghouliani's plan... Iowa and NH not important... focus on key Southern States and States elsewhere on Super Tuesday.

This plan sounds like it might work... but the campaign needs to do things right.... More offensive from Paul, more talk about the economy. In 1992, Clinton won because he was saying the economy was bad, and Bush 41 was saying it was not so bad. The people believed Clinton and there was the slogan "It's the economy, stupid.".

This is a great plan! I'm willing to bet that the media and the critics never imagined he'd still be in the race!

You got that right. The establishment thought he was a loon with 1% support. Look where he is now, with an average of approx. 10% in the first two states... and that is without spending very much money, evidently.
