Send an autographed Ron Paul book (preferably with a short message) to Joe Scarborough's kid. I think this is an easy and effective way to maintain good relations with Joe, who seems to be warming to Ron Paul's message. This is such a simple way to gain an ally in MSM that it is a no-brainer.
