It was like a Ron Paul Rally in Fargo. If we got 70% or more in Fargo, I would not be surprised. I'd probably say "Wow". But it would be "wow, the campaign is getting smart and taking advantage of opportunites, and creating them."

People - from all across North Dakota, could come to Fargo, and vote there. You don't have to go to your own precinct in North Dakota.

The numbers have been all over the map so far - it almost looks like ND is full of communities that all tend to vote for the same person, so whenever a return comes in it boosts the numbers in a significant way for one candidate and one candidate only.

IN ND you can vote where ever you want, it doesnt have to be where you live.

Paul had a rally in Fargo, all the paul supporters were in fargo, not in their hometowns, they all voted in fargo
