No Ron Paul? Veteran voting Obama so tyranny kicks the public in the teeth

No One But Paul!

The man in the video has it exactly right. Let tyranny kick America in the teeth if they make the wrong choice.

I will never strategically or knowingly vote for a big gov't type, whether they be R, D, or whatever. Just can't have that hanging over my conscience or my voting record. One of the things I've learned from Ron Paul is that voting records mean a lot.

I'll either find the candidate that fits my small gov't ideals & vote for that guy, or sit the election out.

no one but paul.

How viable is rand as a replacement to ron?
as a percentage how similiar is he?

Pretty good. Not so great on foreign policy, attended AIPAC. For that, he loses any enthusiasm from me, but most here will support him. He will be President one day.

I doubt I can come out in support for Rand or anyone who attends AIPAC.

Will we even have elections in 2016? Ron Paul himself said he doesn't think the system will last 5 years.

I can relate to what this gentleman is saying - I can't do it but I will be voting third party (likely CP) if Ron does not get the nom.

if he thinks GOP will screw RP out of victory, why wouldn't he vote Libertarian?
Wasted vote? Is it really worse then voting for Obama?

If Paul doesnt win, we're doomed and I could care less who is Pres. I agree that it would be better if Obama won, any of the other clowns would just continue the descent and tarnish the republican brand.

but that's the point, no one will be able to beat Obama....

Perry? Another big war GOP anti-abstinence white dude from Texas? Didn't we just had him?
Romney? Mister Multiple choice Mitt?
Caine? The "hey we're not Klansmen, look, we gave you a black guy" choice?
Bachmann? Shit, Obama won't even have to come to the debates.....

So, if RP doesn't win, I will vote Libertarian. You, jason43, should too.

I also think it would be better if Obama beat a RINO; that would send the message that the GOP lost because they nominated another moderate like McCain.

Personally, I am going to vote for a third party candidate and encourage everyone I know to do so if Ron Paul isn't the candidate. If more people vote but don't vote for Obama or the fake conservative, the message is stronger.

You're assuming I didnt already do that last time...Could any Paul supporter in 2008 vote McCain? I think we probably cost McCain the election last time. My wife wrote Paul in and I voted for Barr so the LP could have easier ballot access in 2012.

I'd like to see the entire movement get behind someone and totally attack the two party system if Paul isnt nominated. I dont care about parties, I care about principles.

Rand Paul, the newly elected Tea Party-backed senator from Kentucky, bluntly told the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee, an influential pro-Israel lobbying group, that they were going to disagree about the need for foreign aid and suggested that they move on to other topics, according to a person briefed on the meeting.

Yeah, I can see why you would hold that against him.

I like the idea of Peter schiff in 2016 over Rand if Obama wins. Imagine how screwed the economy would be by then and how willing people would be to listen to Peter.

Signed, sealed, delivered, Facebooked!

This, along with 'No One But Paul!'

This is the shot heard around the world!

Foreign aid probably constitutes 10% of actual aid given to Israel. If Ron were invited to that place, he would laugh. How long are people going to say "he is playing them, he is one of us", instead of considering "he is playing us, he is one of them"

Now, I'm not against the guy, but there is a lot to be concerned about. This unquestioning belief in him is amazing to me.

Yes, he is amazing when it comes to fiscal matters, and mostly civil liberties, but he hasn't really defined his foreign policy.

Let loose the neg reps.

Nomination or no nomination, Ron Paul has my vote, whether I have to write him in or not.

I agree with the Obummer winning opinion though, a RINO who doesn't change anything for the better will bring on a negative sentiment to the "small government" argument.
