No Paul = No Vote in November

Ron Holland
The Daily Bell
March 10, 2012

“I would also say of Ron Paul – he doesn’t need to win. In his view he is winning already. This is an ideological point he is making. But here’s why it’s electorally significant – a lot of people, I mean 41 percent in Virginia, only two people on the ballot, still a lot of people voted for Ron Paul. A lot of those voters are portable. They’re not Republican – they’re not dedicated Republican voters.” – Tucker Carlson, Editor, The Daily Caller

It is time for a groundswell of Ron Paul supporters to quietly, respectfully but firmly make their position clear to the mainstream media and the GOP establishment. Simply put, “No Paul on the ticket means no vote for the GOP in November.”

The Ron Paul Campaign has the GOP establishment stuck between a rock and a hard place even though they have not won a single state in the primaries to date. Every Paul supporter knows the underhanded tactics used by the Republican leadership at the state and national level as well as the organized smear and news blackout campaign carried out by the mainstream media.

The "vote for me or else" thing won't work to convince anyone.
Not in 2012. But when Obama once again wins in a landslide, despite being a piece of shit president, they'll have to take a big leap in our direction to have a chance in 2016.

The "vote for me or else" thing won't work to convince anyone.

It doesn't have to. Ron Paul and supporters have been treated like crap at every turn. There is no way I'm voting for anyone other than Ron Paul during the primary. It's not about convincing, it's just a fact. If I didn't have the option of writing Ron Paul in I would probably campaign for the other side just to spite the freaks in the establishment.

I hope people can at least find a 3rd Party to support as part of their protest against the establishment. I've been voting 3rd party since 2000.

This.

I cant morally vote/write-in for anyone but Ron Paul.

Forced once again to choose between two sacks of sh*t?

WTF.

I'm saying we need to start a new meme: "Ron Paul, the first write in President".

the establishment honestly doesn't care, they would rather have obama than Paul

Some of the comments in that article are interesting. Of note, Republicans know full well what happens if this mantra is carried out, they lose. You can tell by the fear propoganda "It'll be another Perot if you don't vote!", or "Obama will come eat your babies if we dont' vote him out!"

Screw 'em. I am voting for Ron Paul.

Although I agree that NOBP is not exactly helping (though I doubt it's hurting either, so to each his own), I see this idea about not voting at all in November and although I know most on here understand what I'm about to say, please PLEASE get out and vote in November. Write in Ron Paul or vote for Gary Johnson if you have to (or if your state has None of the Above available, go for it) but there may be down-ballot liberty-minded candidates that will need your vote!

If this presidential campaign ends without us on the ticket, I plan to volunteer/work with down-ballot (local or Congressional) liberty minded candidates that stand a shot at winning. And I'd encourage everyone else to as well. Depending on when your local primaries are that may be easier said than done (in La, our local office primaries are on November 6th, we have a second run-off in December for everything except President.)

I've been thinking how NOBP I am and I think I'll be registering my vote of no confidence this year by not voting at all. Maybe we could get a Facebook app created where the rest of America could join the NOBP crew and register a "no masse" vote on election day 2012.

Whatever we threaten I just hope that everyone goes out and writes RON PAUL come November.

To not write him in would be a total disgrace. I just cannot stand people who do not vote (and in the last election, I was one of those people- I didn't know I could write Ron in as I was only 19).

At the very least you would be putting forth your record... "In 2012 I supported Ron Paul."

If you don't even write him in how can you claim to people in the future you actually supported him?

I think about not writing him in in 2008 and I get disgusted with myself...

If it comes down to Frothy vs Obama I will vote for the better of the 2 Obama....

And you don't think that Romney's supporters aren't thinking/saying the same thing? The others too, but especially Romney, whose supporters are going to tend to be more moderate, and therefore will agree more than Obama.

Oh I would love it if he threatened to "Nader" the GOP, but it would be a childish move and he's above that. But if he's not around in November, and if i still haven't moved away and abandoned this country, then I would probably vote for, even though he's not perfect, Gary Johnson.

The way the media has either blacked us out or marginalized us along with the establishment Republicans there is NO WAY I will vote for the candidate they have shoved down our throats.
If we don't elect Ron Paul there is no doubt that we WILL have more unnecessary-undeclared wars, much deeper debt and more loss of our freedoms. Thats with ANY of the others Republicat or Democrat. It doesn't matter.
I have been called a terrorist, an immature rowdy child though I am 52 years old. I have been labeled a pot smoker, a cheater, a Paulbot, rude, and dangerous. my candidate who is also my hero has been called crazy old uncle, loony, stupid, and inconsequential.
For what? Upholding the Constitution. MY CONSTITUTION! For being honest and having integrity and courage they ignored him and us.

Now they think I will stand with them against the guy they say is worse than their candidate? Is it going to be a better unnecessary war under Santorum than under Obama? Will the emergence of an authoritarian police state be less tasteful under Romney than Obama? Will my chains fit better? Will the plunder of the Federal Reserve make me less a slave to debt under Gingrich than Obama?

They sent their message loud and clear to the country. Don't talk about liberty. Don't talk about peace and the Christian Just War Principles. Don't complain about the government telling me what to eat, drink or smoke because they are protecting me even if from my own bad choices. That to complain about my grand mother being strip searched at the airport just to visit with me makes me the enemy of the country and that I need protection from little girls selling unauthorized lemonade while they leave my borders wide open for any gang or real terrorist or subversive to come in unimpeded.

Well here is my message to them.

NO ONE BUT PAUL
