No mention of how McCain looks like he's about to have a heart attack?

I have been searching all over the web for any mention of this increasingly obvious fact--John McCain is physically very ill. I don't know if he has cancer, a heart condition, or liver/kidney disease, but his posture, demeanor, and "aura" is that of a very sick man. I don't think he's going to last more than a few months. He'll be in the hospital very soon, and then what will his campaign/handlers do? I have studied body language for over fifteen years, and his is just screaming out for help--he is at the end of his life. This is not a careless smear statement--I am a Ron Paul supporter all the way, and McCain is someone I would absolutely NOT want to be our "leader", but I don't understand why no one has mentioned how sickly he appears. Guiliani and Huckabee will drop out of the race because of lack of support and funds, and it will be Romney and Paul left to duke it out. And Ron Paul will be seen as the only honest human being in the race, who knows what he's talking about, and has the courage of his convictions.

Dr. Paul is tired but he's not sick.

Dr. Paul has been looking exhausted, and sometimes his voice sounds strained or like he has a cold, but I think he takes good care of his health in general--AND he's not being eaten away by the soul-sickness that has infected all the other candidates. I think he's in it for the long haul, as they say.
