4 Ron Paul fans....Free Labor
20 posterboards...$25
2 paint brushes..$6
1 small can of paint..$5
1 staplegun...$10
1 Pizza Pie...$15

20 posters attached to telephone poles.....PRICELESS

This is sooo easy. We used a step ladder so that the posters are beyong reach.
We used different, but brief, messages and posted over a 2 mile stretch of busy road.

Tomorrow morning we will be alerting the media witha phone call: "Who is this Ron Paul? The town is covered in signs."...Hopefully we'll get some free publicity...

Stay tuned

the stakes are too high to worry about the legality of such stuff.

only the bolder of our group participated...people post yard sale signs all the time

this is a REVOLUTION......the ball-less can stay on the Internet..

njandrew.....you are sooooo right about NJ cops!

Cool, but did you check to make sure its not a crime in your area to do this ?

Screw the 'laws', save the republic. Civil disobedience is justified when the government breaks its obligations to uphold the constitution, especially the bill of rights.

You're joking right?

Do you think those kinds of considerations weighed heavy on the minds of Franklin, Washington and Company?? I mean it might not have been legal to shoot those British guys (especially by taking pot shots at them and fleeing!!) .....good news is that it's our DUTY according to the Declaration of Independence. That's good enough for me (and Dr. Paul if you read my sig.)

I'm kind of in the same camp. I'm trying to convince a few friends of mine to come out with me in the pitch of black and hang banners on several freeway overpasses so that morning rush hour traffic can see them. These so-called friends are worried about getting in trouble over it! I don't think it's strictly legal, but seriously, what can you be charged with? Littering? Disturbing the peace? Vandalism or graffiti would never stick since the overpasses will be neither damaged nor painted upon. I'm not sure if there is a law against hanging a sign off an overpass....

This is also in Phoenix, AZ. There are Ron Paul banners all over the place here.

The East Valley Tribune (Mesa, AZ) had a reader complaint in it today griping about the Ron Paul signs being hung on private property. We should probably avoid activity that could cause negative press and focus on activity that causes good press like standing on the sidewalk and handing out fliers with a smile.

Having said all that, I have three Revolution banners I need to go hang!

It won't be long that all our signs can be on private property with the owners permission, because they'll be Ron Paul supporters!

Yeah to be honest I'm not too worried about getting busted for that type of thing. Probably shouldn't post stuff up on private property unless they are really easy to take back down but I personally couldn't care less if it's on public property as my tax dollars go toward maintaining that property.

If you put banners on overpasses and bridges though make sure it won't land on the cars below if it becomes loose (ie post it on the inside of the walkway).

nice job

I hope everyone is respecting private property as Dr. Paul would

You people are the biggest bunch of wet rags downers I have seen anywhere. No one can say they do anything without two or threee or more of you clowns coming out with your inspidly useless warnngs. Be carefull..someone said they didn;t like it and I don't care thAT 1000 did.. We must worry our ass off because some giuliani supporter didn't like it.

STFU people. You are slowly killing the board. I will not send any of the enthusiastic youngsters i have on this campaign here. they will be brualized by the naysayer and second guesser cl,owns here and their enthusiasm will be kaput.

I for one refuse to tell you what i am doing as I will have the requisite backbiters jump on and blither uselessly about the social or legal implications when i frankly could give a good goddamn about their trepidation and fear of minor psuedo-authority.

Best
Randy

Bravo on the signs

so long as it will not cause danger to anyone. I think the best sign strategy is to put em in places where people wonder how they got there and think about the effort one undertook to do it. Just make sure they do not endanger the public and who cares where they go. Obviously, respect private property.
