I agree. If I were in your situation, I would vote for Rand. The likelihood that your single vote will give New Hampshire to a particular candidate is very slim. Naturally, it's your call so vote for whoever you feel the most comfortable voting for.

Rand suspended his campaign, he hasn't dropped out yet.

Although the chances are probably very slim, if Rand gets back in the race he could use your vote in NH.
