NH: Open carry topless protest (guns, breasts, Keene)

Eighteen or nineteen is still teen.
I saw another thread about this, apparently no one noticed she had a gun. :p

Adulthood starts at age 18 in most states and 16 in NH. So either way, a teen ceases being one once they reach their state's adult threshold.

I wasn't arguing when the adult threshold begins, but that an eighteen year-old is still a teenager by definition.

This kind of makes me wish that I had gotten off my duff sooner and moved to New Hampshire as part of the Free Boobs - err, Free State Project.

Man 1: Thank you officer, but we are not in need of your services.

Man 2: Everybody in favor, say ay!

Man 1: Hey look, even the anarchists are voting!

ROfL!! :D

Nope, as long as they are numerically over 12 and under 20 years old, they are "teen-aged", regardless of adulthood status. This is why smut sells "Teen" magazines - the state has put an arbitrary limit on what kind of pictures can be shown, and the magazines work to get as close to that bright line rule as possible - namely by advertising that they are publishing "teens" who are 18 and 19 years old (at least on paper, some are probably 15, some 25)

Semantics, but really "teen" simply refers to actual age, and "infant" vs. "adult" is a legal definition with an arbitrary age-border.

It's like saying someone isn't a "thirty-something" because they, being over 18, are simply "adult".

Why didn't the guys in the video insist on also being arrested? Anything that that goon wishes to do to the one topless person, he should be prepared to do to all of them, right?

Maybe the "shock or alarm" that was reported was over seeing too much body hair, not over seeing female nipples? Certainly that was a possibility.

I think I may have to start a naked jogging club (out of the great - and dead - tradition of my alma mater).

It'll be tough but I think I can find a place in my heart to support her agenda. :D

They talked at length about this incident on 8/24's Free Talk Live, and I gotta agree with what they were saying. They were basically in agreement that this isn't exactly the biggest & most important issue, but it still is an issue of equality. So a lady wants to walk around topless. She isn't hurting anyone else in the process, and offending people shouldn't be against the law. If a man can do it legally there is no reason a woman shouldn't be able to as well.

Cassidy, don't listen to these trogladites. Firstly, thank you for this protest, and enduring the arrest and all the hassles you let yourself in for in the name of liberty, equality and fraternity (or sorority, if you prefer). Secondly, you work for me! Send me your phone number any time you feel the desire to do so!
