Editor Katie Pavlich called Democratic vice-presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris “the most far-left Democrat in Washington, D.C.," and said Joe Biden picked her to "make sure that the left wing of the party felt comfortable" that they would have a voice in his administration.

During an interview Monday on "America's Newsroom," the Townhall.com editor also pointed out that, instead of explaining her policies, the California senator "just laughed about it and didn’t give any details” during an interview with CBS News anchor Norah O’Donnell that aired Sunday.

"Sen. Harris tends to think that she can laugh her way through serious questions in the very limited number of interviews that she or the former vice president [Joe Biden] gives to the American people,” said Pavlich on Monday.

"There is a very serious question in America about the way forward in terms of each of these campaigns presenting different paths of capitalism, free markets versus a socialist bent in the left wing of the Democratic Party," she said.

I want to say, from my heart, the battle isn't over.
My mind says, however, forget about the battle. The war is lost, time to go home. These could very well be interesting times ahead. It's fascinating to see all of the totalitarian masks come off in the year 2020. From big tech, to politicians, CEOs, etc. And now, the best part, people are policing themselves over covid with snitching neighbors.

I used to think that the GOP would go back to pretending to care about small government if a Dem were in the WH, as during the Obama years, and so open up some maneuvering room for libertarians: now, not so much. This shift toward populism and nationalism is likely to be permanent, or at least very long lasting. I suppose there's a chance if Trump is somehow totally discredited in the eyes of his base, since he's the face of this new GOP, but I really can't imagine how that could happen. As he said in the beginning, he could literally walk down the street shooting people and they'd still love him, and that may actually be an understatement. They're certainly not going to dump him over an election loss.

Hope is not lost. If they have to steal the election to win, then there are larger numbers of us than we thought (we can lump together libertarians and conservatives of all types). More than half the country doesn't just fade away or get killed. Plus, there's woke, super-woke, and go-along-to-get-along-woke. It's the super-woke that are the loudest and dumbest and get the most air-time.

There are plenty of people who do support a less power hungry, intrusive government. I do hope that liberty and freedom ideas can still be held up. We need to keep talking about freedom. The thing about talking about freedom is many people associate freedom with being immoral. Freedom does have boundaries. You are not free if you think you need to steal other people's stuff and hire government thugs to do it. You are a slave when you have no morals that is what people need to understand. The beings who are rioting are not anarchist but they are being sold as such. They are a powerful example of slavery because they are doing someones bidding if they weren't they would not be carrying on such violent property violations.
