How are we meant to compete with this? Newt's (and Mitt's) SuperPAC is organized and obviously has professionals running it who are familiar with the campaign strategy. At least he'll be spending it all in Florida. Hopefully Endorse Liberty can follow the campaign's lead and skip Florida.

Dr. Miriam Adelson, a major Republican donor and the wife of billionaire Las Vegas casino owner Sheldon Adelson, wrote a $5 million check Monday to the super PAC Winning Our Future, which is supporting Newt Gingrich’s campaign, a source familiar with the contribution confirmed to CNN.

This comes in addition to the previous $5 million Sheldon Adelson gave the group earlier this month. The source could not speak for attribution because of the sensitivities of the donation.

The latest donation means the couple has given $10 million to the pro-Gingrich committee.

A wealthy supporter of Newt Gingrich will donate $5 million to a “super PAC” supporting his candidacy, providing a significant infusion of cash to the group as it seeks to defend Mr. Gingrich in Florida ahead of next week’s Republican primary, a person with knowledge of the contribution said on Monday.

The supporter, Dr. Miriam Adelson, is the wife of Sheldon Adelson, a longtime Gingrich friend and conservative ally who contributed $5 million to the super PAC, Winning Our Future, earlier this month. The couple has now given a total of at least $10 million to Winning Our Future.

Unknown. It is a distinct possibility. The Emergency Committee for Israel PAC is not required to reveal who funds them, and they are not offering those details. Early on, they had a lot of funding from Hedge Fund managers such as Daniel S. Loeb, CEO of Third Point Management, and Highfield Capital’s co-founder, Jonathon Jacobson.

The people who run that PAC include Bill Kristol, Gary Bauer, Rachel Abrams, and Michael Goldfarb (former McCain aide). Also involved early on was Randy Scheunemann, Sarah Palin’s former chief foreign policy adviser.

Pretty standard PNAC/neo-conservative type organization.

What's most disgusting about this is that the MSM is portraying Adelson as "anti-union" when Nevada is a RIGHT-TO-WORK state. They refuse to acknowledge his ties to a certain foreign nation.

Average struggling Americans are giving donations to the only honest candidate, Ron Paul, through his money bomb.
