I like "End the Fed" and "Ron Paul Was Right".

Keep the slogans short and make the letters at least 24" tall with lots of contrast (i.e. black on white.) Don't screw around with confusing colors and decoration and small signs that are easily ignored. Simple and Big!

And don't do anything unsafe that will lead to someone's injury or bad press.
