This is the new application - it's pretty easy to use. I think you can rack up 100 calls in no time. Most of the time you just click "leave a voicemail" - I didn't get a single live person in 5 calls. Made the calls at 5:15PM EST.

Love it! Sounds soooo easy. I'm in China but i'll be using my skype to try this out at some odd hour of the night for me. We can all pitch in with this!
 
Has anyone tried this yet? I've been stuck on the hold music forever. I must be doing something wrong? Can someone help me with this?

I was hoping to build an app like this for the 2008 primaries, after struggling along with the RP phone banking program.

I'd like to see a system that we could call into, since that would allow us to call over Skype or other phones that don't have Direct In Dial.

Out of about 30+ calls, most of them were answering machines. I darned near died laughing when one of the pre-recorded messages was done by a child (or child-like voice).... hilarious. :) Connecticut voters are like most Americans, they're simply torn between two bad options if Linda wins the GOP primary instead of Peter. Actually, this system isn't too bad. The Smart-Drop feature is nice, but too slow at times.
 
Admin, could we post the video on the Front Page? It's an easy and efficient way to do some activism, and it would be nice if Peter's free phone banking system gets people's attention.

Agreed. This system is basically easy to use. Personally, I urge most members here to simply set aside 30 minutes a day (several days a week) for this purpose for the next month.
