New Republic's Jamie Kirchick ADMITS HE IS A LIAR with Latest Smear of Ron

Well duh, like you guys didnt see this shit coming.. mainstream media will get it next - probably FOX, and it will be playing non stop for days..

Shouldn't the campaign have been prepared? Where are they? they should already have already prepared and released a statement to refute this article.

Well, it's either total bs or real. If the guy can produce the actual hard copy documents we are screwed and it's basically over. One or two stories written by someone else can be explained. Dozens over a long period of time will be nearly impossible to defend. Let's just get to the truth and take it from there.

It was written by someone else, and not with RP's knowledge.

His point is that even if Paul says that he didn't write it, the damage is done. Somebody else wrote it in Paul's name and he allowed it to be printed in his newsletter all of these years. They'll take down Paul like they took down Buchannan. It is impossible to defend this.

I sent this e-mail to Drudge from my work account. I know it will not do any good but I feel better. Their e-mail link is on the lower right side of the page.

"Sir,

I am shocked and saddened you would link to an apparent hit piece (TNR piece on Ron Paul) against any candidate during active voting in the New Hampshire primary. I hope you reconsider and pull this piece.

Jarold Sutton
GySgt USMC (Ret)"

I would submit something similar to TNR if their server worked...

The campaign could fight this if they were competent. For instance Paul has said in past interviews that he supports the rights of individuals (gay or straight) to get married. Wouldn't stating something like this (as well as attacking the TNR writer) pretty much refute what is being alleged?
