New poll out: Hillary loses to every Republican except Trump

This is what made me come to this theory in the first place, Trump is the shiniest fucking package to us.. You are even helping him when you repeat his talking points. Trump despises the Republican party? So do we, Trump hates Bush? so do we, Trump hates obama, so do we, Obama hates Trump omg we have to love Trump because the enemy of my enemy..

I don't know about 'love.' I disagree on a few issues with Trump. But I admire his ferociousness and steadfast nature. Secondly, who am I going to throw my weight behind? Cruz? Rubio? Those are all donor candidates. At least, Trump is independent at the moment. I'm not looking for a political savior, but rather someone to correct the public record in the boldest way possible.

It's common knowledge by now that Trump can't beat anybody 1-on-1 except Bush, because his support is driven by having Bush in the race. That's why Bush is his favorite punching bag- when the field narrows or his support starts to drop, he will go after Bush again to shore up that support. That's his strategy, which has worked out well so far, but eventually he's going to have to go 1-on-1 against someone not named Bush. Or in a general election where everyone else is on an even playing field:

With the way Trump handled Jeb!, I wouldn't be surprised if Hillary winds up a similar laughing stock trailing way behind by the time it's over.
