Cable t.v. spots in the Major Media Markets and the Primary States are ready for us to purchase.... We are ready to go....

BUT new FEC roadblocks will prevent us from doing another Trevor.....

We have 2 options:

A. A Buyout and Takeover situtation from official HQ

B. Pulling a LLepard (having one single source of funding) to get this commercial off and running.

If you know, could you give some more detail about the FEC roadblocks, and what effect they're closing shop at the end of the year will have, and what the up and down sides for choosing option A or B would be. Thanks.
