New England Liberty LOVE Fest on 4/28 in Worcester

I wish that these 'fests' continue on like hippie/music fests do every single summer.

I wanna be scoping out a Ron Paul/liberty festival to go to every year like I do with other music fests.

So it looks like 8 or some bands/groups/musicians are going to be at the New England Liberty LOVE Fest.
I had a meeting with the person running Porcfest today. I think he said Thursday will be band day at Porcfest. Thursday at Porcfest in June 21th.

I hopped on board with this event and am trying to take it to the next level. I've begun ramping up promotion for the event and am bringing alot of resources from my event rental company to make it successful. I think it is going to become quite an epic day/night for anyone who attends

Take a look at the new website www.libertylovefest.com. Please contribute to the chipin even a few bucks if you can. I know organizers have invested a couple thousand into renovating and supplies for this event and would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for putting the Free State Project banner on the website. I wonder which groups will have vendor tables at the event. Rumor has it that Cop Block, Free Keene and the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance might come down from NH with tables. Will any RI groups have tables?

I'll be there!! Been working hard up there, cleaning, painting, sanding etc...well mostly the guys have been doing that hard labor lol. I sit at my spot and phone bank for hours!

I'm helping with the food! I can tell you the food will be incredible!! Beer and wine will be served. We will have an open mic for an hour or so for people to get up a bitch or sing or make a speech etc...I wrote a poem :).

We have awesome t shirts made for the event. I'm getting giddy just typing about it!

Anyway, I'll be there too, volunteering and working the event, so PLEASE if any RPFers show up make sure we get to meet! I've met a few so far!

This event was awesome. I don't know how many people attended but my guess is around 400, give or take 125. It was hard to tell because I was in the vending area most of the day and it looked like maybe only 1/4 to 1/2 of the people get near the vending area. Plus, the event lasted for 12 hours and I was only there around 11 hours. Oh, and it was on 2 floors on the building but I spent 95% of my time on one floor.

Some good news came out of this. I talked with Adam Kokesh and he said he was going to spend more time at Porcfest this year. I think he only spent 2-4 days at Porcfest last year. Oh, and Rebel Inc. said they were launching an East coast tour this summer, starting with Porcfest.

Perhaps the best news of the night was when some of the organizers started talking about having another New England Liberty Love Fest at the same location in August.

Of course, as most of you likely know, Ron Paul supporters did great in MA and will make up quite a few of the Mitt Romney delegates in FL. Oh, they will have very good hotel rooms, right next to the convention :)

The New England Liberty Love Fest II is happening this weekend at the same location.

I don't know all of the details. Here is what I know, it starts Friday afternoon and continues for a full day on Saturday. You are allowed to bring a tent and sleep in the building on Friday and Saturday nights. Jordan Page, Rebel Inc. and several other bands popular with Ron Paul fans are playing. Adam from Adam Vs. the Man and Carla from the Free State Project are speaking. Some radio/internet/podcast shows will happen live from the event.

Some of the bands and speakers are listed here along with a rough schedule, http://www.libertylovefest.com/llf2-musicians-and-timeline.html

Tickets here http://www.libertylovefest.com/index.html or at the door.

I want to say hi to you! Approach me and I'll give you a free brownie. They are special brownies but not what you are thinking. The brownies are special in that there is an insane amount of cocoa in them. Just look for the vendor table with the Porcfest 2012 stuff on it.

Now that you know about the free brownie, how many people are going? I always enjoy meeting folks from this forum IRL.
