I don't think it matters for NH. If he was going to qualify it would be via Iowa or national.

Also today for NH, this from Monmouth. In the last 3 NH polls, Carson is under 5%. In these two today, Kasich has risen to 2nd or tied for 2nd. Of the 3 "establishment governors" Kasich appearing strongest right now. The attack ads here on Christie seem to be working. This muddle further disrupts the debate criteria discussion. How can Paul not be included when he could be beating Bush in 2 states and Carson in 1?

I doubt it
