I'm agnostic and I don't bother if someone who belives in God says God. ONe, he is christian, 2 he is not pandering.
Now Huck is a different story...He is just too much.

tolerance is a two way road.

I would bet it has to do with their past experience in dealing with people shouting at them "Your going to hell!" and then throwing a bible at them. After a while, that tends to hurt. I agree it is a bad thing to stereotype people. However, stereotypes exist to begin with because there IS some truth in them. I myself am a Buddhist and I am not offended by anyone at all. I can't honestly remember the last time I was offended by what someone said or did. Why? Real libertarians don't get offended by anything. And, as someone once said "A real republican is actually a libertarian".

Some people feel personally threatened by those who do not hold the same beliefs as themselves. It is unwarranted and illogical, but it happens.

As far as this thread goes, pretty sure everyone is just joking around.

Pretty good ad. The God part was alright with me, I guess. I can just ignore that part if it makes the Christians in Iowa happy.
Honestly, at this point, I could care less who is giving the freedom as long as I even have freedom.

Good ad, but I'd still like to see an ad that specifically calls out things that have been passed that he would act to reverse, particularly the Military Commissions Act.
