The Clark County Executive Board Election results were announced. All 14 of the "Ron Paul Grassroots Liberty Slate" candidates won. I'm pretty sure that most if not all of these are pretty hard core Ron Paul supporters. Amongst these, I think the highlight by far was during the 30 second speeches that were given prior to the vote when District F candidate Mark Carducci called for the censuring of Nevada Senator Dean Heller--who had given the morning's opening speech--for his votes on the Patriot Act and NDAA.
They also announced that 1300+ people had all self nominated for the state convention--which is below the 1900+ that was allowed. So, elections aren't required. I'm guessing that we might have 1/2 or more which is more than we had in 2008 when we got enough neutral people to side with us and they had to turn the lights out.

We stand 0 chance outside of a brokered convention...
God I hope we get it.
mess with the girl at the drive through.."so i've got a strawberry milkshake, 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 ap....." "POINT OF ORDER!" "I move that the Double Cheesburgers be "plain" double cheeseburgers...all in favor? THe eyes appear to have it... the eyes do have it.... so moved"
(actualy I've never used a strict roberts rules.... our state legislature used its own system "based" of off roberts rules)
(edit: yes I did this once.... the car I was with made all the "eyes" so it sounded like a real meeting.... we rolled up and she was still laughing uncontrollably)
