Nevada GOP hacks blame Ron Paul for loss.

It's funny that the Libertarians and Republicans are both blaming Ron Paul for their party's misfortunes. That is giving Ron Paul a lot of credit. Ron Paul's constituency has been upgraded from being perceied as a handful of spammers to a group large enough to decide an election. And remember, perception is reality.

Let us not forget: First they ignore you. Then they ridicule you. Then they fight you. Then you win. Now that we're a perceived threat, I guess the fighting has begun.

Absolutely not me. It isn't even that I didn't mean to be quoted that way. I flat out never said such things and would never. I am constantly sticking up for Paul people here locally. I am VERY verbal about how they are treated.

In discussion last night, we determined that he either put the wrong name on it or someone said it and gave my name. Several people also commented that I was drinking, but in fact, I rarely drink 1 drink and certainly don't get to slurring as was insinuated. I actually suspect I know who said it, because a supposed Paul sympathizer came up to me and slurring, told me it was Ron Paul's fault for dividing the party. Sounds too familiar.

Also, I was not elected unfortunately. They had that wrong too. In any case, I contacted the editor for a retraction, but have had ZERO response.

Do not allow anyone to divide and conquer.

My email address is [email protected] and my phone number is 702-413-2415. Please feel free to call me. I have nothing to hide and the truth on my side.

Let me ask a question, were you a delegat. e and did you vote for Ron Paul at the GOP national convention?

I would be surprised if Lisa Marie said that. She's been a Ron Paul supporter from day 1.

Keep in mind this is the UNLV student newspaper the Rebel Yell. Errors do occur ... and often.

The circumstances of the Nevada delegates are varied. Some were told their votes didn't matter, others went to the RATM concert to blow off steam. All were manipulated. Some have apologized for not being stronger. Either way, they have collectively lost our trust.

What ever this creature is it's going in my post. :bunchies: It's a sheeple, right?

On the bright side, Porter lost because he voted for the bailout, Heller won because he voted against the bailout, and Bob Beers, the closest thing we have to a true conservative in the party establishment, lost because of his involvement with the antics at the state convention. Ain't karma a bitch?

We will know in the coming months where we stand with the gop. I will always remember all the censoring, snearing, laughing at a man with the best conservative voting record of them all. The way I see it, the censoring of Ron took away all our voices & looked more like russia than America. I won't trust the gop. until I see a lot of changes & also I believe they should all apologize publicly to Ron & us. This also includes the fox rep. news.

"In addition, some feel that the Republicans have drifted away from not only their policies, but from one another.
"I believe that Ron Paul divided this party," said Nevada Assemblywoman Lisa Marie Johnson.
"He damaged the values of this party and has instilled a sense of distrust in young voters."
"In order to reach the younger voters of not only Nevada, but of the nation, [Republicans] need to convince the people of our policy and stick to it," Hambrick said.
"We also need to cut the bulls--t and tell these kids how it is.""

Yeah, the 10-term congressman is to blame. It has absolutely nothing to do with stupid policy and hacks in office. ~cough~bullshit!~cough~

I blame Nevada GOP hacks for Ron Paul's loss. So there.
