Neil Cavuto - Ron Paul Shouldn't Be Dismissed

Dear Mr Cavuto,

Thank you for treating Ron Paul like a candidate. We appreciate it very much. You just put the "fair" in "fair and balanced". Thanks again!

Merry Christmas.

Love it! He's taken some cheap shots at Paul in the past but this was the most professional video I've seen on Paul possibly winning Iowa.

I like it. Notice he threw in the fact that he was not a supporter. Well, if he can keep his job and still send out a positive message about Paul, I can understand.

It's weird when pundits have to preface their fair reporting of Paul to make it clear they are not supporting him. That's hot bad it is, unbiased reporting it construed as supporting him.

If Ron Paul wins Iowa, it is going to be HUGE!

The man that wants to end the fed and stop all these wars winning a state that has chosen many of the nominees for President!

We can't get too excited just yet, we have a long way to go and many more attacks will come our way now. But things for the first time look very good now, lets hope and pray it stays that way.

I wonder who he does support then? Surely not Romney.

I wouldn't be surprised if he does support Ron, but doesn't feel he would be doing his un-biased journalistic duty by endorsing someone.

Neil Cavuto Defends Ron Paul

Sorry if it was already posted.. Didnt find anything.

I think it's one of the best commentary by a mainstream figure defending Ron Paul

New respect for Neil

edit: I need better skills at searching the forums :o

I thought that was a pretty good video, for mainstream media standards. :]

Great commentary. It would have been perfect if he showed the polling numbers that show Paul beating Obama and how the others (save Romney) fail to do so.

Cavuto really is a good guy. Suck this was on fox business and not on the main channel though.

He's the Vice president of Fox Business (iirc). I imagine he had something to do with the hiring of Stossel and the Judge? He's probably not full-on neocon.

He is the senior vice president and managing editor of business news for the Fox Business Network, and oversees content and business coverage.

With the Talk show host Jerry Doyle going against orders and endorsing Ron, to Cavuto staunchly defending Ron, im getting the sense that this is starting a wave of respectable journalists ripping off the shackles of disrespectful news networks and rebelling against the lies and distortions. I think they all want to be fair and are afraid to break ranks with the corporate suits upstairs. These are pioneers and should be praised and respected.

Cavuto has been fair this election cycle. I think he knows what's really going on in this country and hates it. This is a great piece, and hopefully Cavuto continues these types of segments in the future.
