By 'organized', I assume that means that everyone knows who to vote for on the various ballots?
To make it simpler and avoid confusion, they should put D or R against the candidates' names. /s
In the Colorado district votes we apparently benefited from more Romney/other folks wanting to be delegates than there were slots for, competing against each other. Then they completely messed us up with circulating fake ballots supposedly ours in the state convention.
So discipline and organization can matter a lot. Unfortunately, it sounds like the Romney folks are playing their own organization well.
