NC - the murder of Iryna Zarutska

Meet ‘Magistrate’ Teresa Stokes who literally doesn’t have a law degree and is the person responsible for freeing the 14x career criminal who took Iryna Zarutska’s life.Court records in Charlotte revealed over 800+ career criminals, each with an average of 14+ arrests, were all freed and released back onto our streets by Stokes and her colleagues. The funny part is, Stokes herself is also a criminal with multiple bankruptcies and tax liens, but she gets to decide who stays in jail and who’s released?

The 14th amendment was a pretty big reparations package as it was.

It gave slaves and their decendents citizenship in the USA which has significant value.

Also there were lots of people who died fighting in the civil war which lead to giving the slaves their liberty.

People basically already gave their lives to free the slaves.

So I will never agree with the idea that the USA owes reparations.

You just can't put a dollar value on someone's life that fought and died in the war since that was the most valuable thing they could give.

Paying reparations would be like saying the blood that they gave wasn't worth anything.

No one came to save Iryna Zarutska - and no one is coming to save us. (The few who actually try, such as Thomas Massie, are just shouted down and reviled - often by many of the same people wailing "do something!" the loudest while wringing their hands over what happened to Iryna.)

My preferred solution would be to simply deport violent criminals, and unceremoniously kill any that choose to return.

If other countries don't like us dumping our violent criminals on them, well, maybe they should have thought of that earlier

I'm not sure if there is a way to measure the "brutality" of crimes, but if you could,

I'm pretty sure blacks would have the high score. Ahem... negros.

Van Jones: "[W]e don't know how to deal with people who are hurting the way this man was hurting."

However much you loathe and despise these assholes, it isn't nearly enough.

But I suspect it isn't even possible to loathe and despise them enough.

NEW: CNN panel shows sympathy for the man who stabbed Iryna Zarutska in the throat, shames people for calling it a racist attack.

Van Jones claimed there was no evidence that Zarutska was attacked because she was white.

Audio footage, however, reveals the man bragged about how he “got” a white girl immediately after the attack.

“For Charlie Kirk to say, we know he did it because she's white, when there's no evidence of that. It's just pure race mongering, hate mongering. It's wrong.”

Black man kills a white woman because she’s white and CNN defends the black guy. Mind blowing.

It was only a matter of time before the whole clip of the end of her life was released.

I usually look at the details to get to the actual facts in these cases. The unfortunate fact seems to be that most people on the train were unaware that she was attacked and fatally wounded. The few (maybe two?) who did see it did nothing to help.

The people who did eventually help were not trained and did not know what to do. But even if the most experienced medic in the world had been at the ready, judging by the rapid blood loss, it wouldn't have saved her.

Just watching that video is traumatic. I don't recommend it.

Agreed, you could have had a Navy Corpsman there, and there would have been no saving her.

He severed her carotid and aortic arteries, is my guess, judging by the bright red blood.

Nor would a concealed carry weapon have saved her, she would have never even cleared, before being stabbed.

The best she could have hoped for is to kill the asshole that killed her.

Racism could have saved her, however.

A good healthy dose of applied racism and situational awareness would have probably kept her off that train the first place.

The man responsible for changing the face of America.

"As Chair of the House Judiciary Committee, Celler was able to link immigration reform to [the 1965] Civil Rights legislation..."
