Natural or OTC Treatment for Psoriasis?

I've got psoriasis on my face and neck. (I used to think it was eczema, but I'm pretty sure it's psoriasis.) I used to use a topical steroid (Diprolene), which worked really well at treating it when I was consistent in application, but I don't currently have health insurance and don't have money right now to pay for the trip to the dermatologist and prescription. That being said, are there any OTC or natural treatments that I could try? I've got a couple of recurring rashes on my nose and eyelid, so I would prefer something that won't easily get into my eyes.
