National ID and RFID

Clearly most of you aren't going to agree with me, but I see no problem with having a document that is used to prove citizenship for either employment or voting. No RFID or databases necessary.

No identity card like that exists now. They're all tied into databases. If government wasn't maintaining databases and dossiers, I think everyone would have less concerns.
