Its the president's number one role.

The state doesn't have the authority of national security.

The president does it through the power of the states because states vote for the president and the presidents seal has 50 stars on it.

Do you think the federal government consulted with the governor of Hawaii or the governor of New York or the governor of Virginia when they were attacked?

Did the people blame the governor of New York when they were attacked for not stopping it and preventing it?

Its a figure of speech.

it is believed to have roots in the 14th century. Some suggest that it may refer to the idea of a liar smiling while saying something false.

It works because of psychology.

People don't consider whether someone is confidently lying if they themselves would never tell such a lie.

It especially helps if they repeat such a lie over and over again.

The fact of the matter is Gavin Newsome politically benefits from a rebellion or an insurrection taking place.

Especially if he allows it and then blames it on Trump.

This allows the democrat party to win more elections and grab power.

It doesn't take a majority of the people to take over a country and rule it.

It just takes the majority of the people to sit back and let it happen.

The democrats propaganda has even prepped for such an occasion.

They say the country is irredeemably bad and not worth fighting to protect.

That would be a violation of the sovereignty of the Republic.

Calling it a succession when it would truly be a war is just sophistry.
