Two obvious lies in the video: federal income tax is not all (or even most) of "the taxes," and the top income quintile is not "the rich."
EVERYBODY is paying too high of taxes-everyone, except the big corporations and their political buddies in the Republicrat Party.
This corporatism is the system that underlies the welfare-warfare state, which is an effective cartel of certain corporate interests with the complicity and intervention of the government and the Federal Reserve.
The only way to get out of this statist/corporatist madness is to restore our government to the principles of sound money, individual freedom, Constitutionalism, and live by the maxim that that which governs best is that which governs least.
