I do not need to sell this car, it's paid for and I love to drive it, but then, that's the problem. As my daily driver, I'm putting way too many miles on this car and I really think it needs a better home so I'm making it available to anyone who would like the chance to care for this piece of the R3volution. Many of you have seen this car at some of the events I've taken it to so I will just post the link to the listing on ebay. I will break the link since that seems to be protocol for most links here (edit, link unbroken...)

I would really like to see the car go to some museum, but I don't know of any "Liberty" museums...

You don't have to break the link, that is for polls we don't want to be able to track back, or for trash we don't want to raise in google search.

Yeah, I tried to change it but I keep getting mixed up and changing the other one. Then I get bored and wander off. Maybe tomorrow I'll upload a new one.

My husband would kill me, but I'm seriously considering this. I met you in Florida at Paul Fest. I have some good pics of you in the car. I'll have to find them.

Can't think of anyone I'd rather sell the car to. Kinda like keeping it in the "family"...

My dream car!!!

Maybe I can pull a Collins and start a pitch in. "Please buy this for me to help the liberty movement!"

Ya know it though. I hope a Ron Pauler gets it. I did up my ford ranger in 2008 then sold it to someone who crushed it then sent me the pictures within a week. I was so pissed at myself.

Wow!!! How mean spirited and despicable of a person do you have to be to pay your hard earned money for a vehicle just to smash it... THEN take pics of it to send to the person you bought the vehicle from? Assuming it was also because of the RP detailing? That's unvelievable.

I would have sent them back pictures of their money in the form of guns ammo and precious metals with a picture of ron in the background.

That is extreme. I don't think anyone will pay 25k for this car to crush it, but I suppose someone could buy it and take off the wrap. I think they could buy a similar car for less than 25k so I don't think it makes economic sense to do that. I'm reasonably sure that someone friendly to the Liberty movement will buy it and keep it (that is my hope anyway). At any rate, if no one does buy it, I plan to keep it and use it for my daily driver. Maybe after 4 years of whoever wins, people will be REALLY wishing that they had paid more attention to the good doctor...

You are right. I looked into it a little bit and I think for the mileage, engine, year, etc you are about 5K high on it. I've flipped cars as a profitable hobby over the last few years, but there is not meat on the bones here with this one. Good luck with it though, I hope you get your number.

Did you add in the cost of wrapping a car like this one? Anyway, like I said, I'm only making it available in case someone wants an opportunity to buy "the one... the only... autographed (read the fine print) Ron Paul Liberty Corvette !!!"

Right that does have value to a select market of course. I was looking at it purely as the car itself. Most of what I have bought is in really poor shape to start with.

I can definitely see your view. You just don't want to run her into the ground. ... but then again, if I had a nice vette like that, I don't think I could part.
