There was a guy named Jose on who was getting down to the nitty gritty about Senator Obama's roots....If he's right, we may be electing a full-blown Marxist.

Forget about obama, i think him winning is a forgone conclusion.
enough of the propagana already

As long as no one votes for mccain it should be fine. We will NEVER forget the primaries, the disgusting media coverage and treatment. We will never forget the last 8 years. The money wasted on wars, loss of liberties. Why would anyone vote for more of the same. The campaign for liberty is to change the party from the bottom up. I hope the GOP loses and hoping it is reformed in 4 more years.

Plenty of writein opportunities as well as lousiana and montana for mr paul. lets concentrate on that then talking about obama, again!

So what? Might as well get used to the fact that our next POTUS is a full-blown Marxist.

It's not any great change of direction for the country as we are herded towards the NWO.

Buy canned food NOW.

i disagree, u had 8 years of bush. If anything in 4 more years we could make progress in changing the party for the better. I dont think anyone could do as much damage as bush has done in the last 8 years. If anything obama getting up could help the movement significantly. Question is would 4 more years of bush help the movement (maybe possibly fully bankrupting the country although obama could do that to, but with obama in power at least ron paul ideas will have a chance!!!)

Enough of the propaganda already

I've noticed those on the right are scared to death of a marxist who has a D in front of his name, but will gladly pull the lever for a pseudo marxist with an R in front of his name. On each substantive issue, McCain has spit on the face of conservatism. Its more dangerous to reward someone who says he is a conservative but betrays conservative values . The new talking points will be "even right wing McCain agrees we need a carbon tax, subsidized health care, social security tax increase, government intervention in banking, transportation, etc. If you are to the right of this, than you will be labeled a fringe. The Sean Hannity types will in lockstep support the new platform, and call out Ron Paul supporters for being liberal, or conspiracy theorists, you know because if you disagree with them you must either be a liberal or conspiracy theorist.

I listened to a bit of Hannity last night and was amazed at the way he chose his words so carefully so that he didn't say he supported McCain. I forget his exact words but he'd say things like..."I support McCain's Republican Party", or "I'm voting for McCain and I believe in things like smaller government, personal responsibility, the Constitution...etc" never saying that McCain supported those things. He knows what he's doing.

He also ranted about the Dems going on about Biden's "Patriotic to pay taxes" quote. He mentioned how "now the Dems are calling us unpatriotic for not wanting higher taxes"...well, what about all of those jabs of us being unpatriotic for not supporting an unprovoked attack on another country?

I think it's an insult to Marxism to call Obama - or any candidate of either ruling party - a Marxist. At least Marxism, at its core, seeks social justice; regardless of how misguided it may be.

Let's stop playing the game by their rules and call it what it is. The candidates we have to choose from today - and their parties - are fascists, plain and simple, all working from the national socialism playbook. "Patriotic to pay taxes" my ass!

When Paul was in the race, a lot of his supporters were also Obama fans. Ron Paul left the race, so they decided to support their second favorite candidate.

Of course I am disappointed that the C4L movement wasn't strong enough to retain those members, but I don't feel a huge betrayal from those folks.

I do feel a little taken aback when I read that some of the most active members here decided to vote mainstream though.

It just means we have a lot of work to do.

!

But that's the root of the argument that the Marxists always make: "It hasn't failed - it's just never been implemented properly!"

Of course, they say that the argument for the free market is the same, but the free market has some very strong successes. Marxism has none.

Did y'all expect anything less than the TROLLS and SHILLS coming outta the woodwork today? This shit is their bread and butter.

They're like stray dogs, don't feed 'em and they'll disappear.

As for Savage, yes I listened, and the guy he talking to sounded credible. He brought up some compelling points, and made a strong case against Obama. Too bad its too little, too late. Also, to the poster above: No, Savage didn't whine. In fact, if you listened to him, you might agree with some of what he says. Sure, some things he says are a little insensitive, but we do have a first amendment, and if you don't like it, then don't listen.

As for me, I wrote in RON PAUL.:D

Marxism doesn't seek social justice. Let's stop playing the game by their rules and call it what it is. And it certainly isn't "justice"... ;)

Barack Obama = international socialist.
John McCain = national socialist.

5 letters of difference... That's it. That is the difference. Both are collectivists by their right name and nature.
