Murray Sabrin's campaign

I agree with you. You just countered your own point... You do realize that right? The question was about specifics, and you seem to be well aware of them.

You call that being specific?

"I promise the moon, and I promise to pay as I go."

It wasn't hijacked. I strongly dislike his stategy (sic)

By the way you mispelled STRATEGY

The reason ROn Paul didn't do so hot is because he never tailored his messege to the crowd listening and granted I know thats what a good deal of us liked about him but what you have to understand is

10% of the population thinks like us

another 10% are completely the opposite and the other 80% depend on how you portray those thoughts

ever heard of a bell curve

This is about restoring our rights and our rightful govt who by the way has no qualms with destroying our way of life dishonestly and raping our savings and our families. I for one will do whatever it takes to bring back liberty and the constitution and if that means I have to package my ideas in the best box possible then so be it.

Obama =No substance Pretty Wrapper
Ron Paul= All substance old school hershey bar wrapper

Murray Sabrin= alot of Substance and a bright and shiny new wrapper

Sabrin has Paul's endorsement and Lyman is also aboard. I think he has a good chance of winning with his current strategy. Which I oppose.

Better?

Better, but not good. I don't really care about the endorsements.Read through all of his press releases and then lets talk.

Do you think his campaign is doing a good job building a murray sabrin brand identity? Is that brand identity going to be associated with positives with nj voters? Or are his attack ads going to harm the brand identity?

Is it good to publicly call for the chair of your states party to resign while you are seeking its nomination?

Is calling his opponents liberal going to appeal to jersey voters? Do jersey primary voters consider being "liberal" to be bad? And if so, will they take Murray's assesment at face value, or will they investigate on their own?

Are the three planks of his campaign, as listed on his site, ideas that will appeal to nj republican voters as a whole? Should he have have made his liberty platform more clear on his page, or is it better to use generic language because the masses can't handle too much at once?

etc

(by the way, I have a sticky keyboad)

I think Murray is running the best campaign out of all the freedomphiles

New Jersey is so entrenched with corruption and they know that he's telling the truth because the info is readily accessible

Murray will do great with the way he is running his campaign

Remember no Ron Paul supporter will get elected by just Ron Paul supporters so by aiming at a broader audience he will capture a significant % of the vote

You are a divisive ass. I'll say my opinion whether you like it or not. Or you could have me censored/banned completely. Let's see how well your "fundamental" principles hold up when you can't even defend a different opinion.

Keep up the insults and you will be.

If you are against our movement, you are free to leave:). Or walk a tight rope:p

People really need to remember the first rule of PRODUCTIVE forums:
Don't feed the trolls!

I never understand why people hijack threads with negativity, it does not do anybody any good, it just distracts us from our goal. If you don't like the way a candidate is conducting their campaign, then withhold your vote, I'm sure that will soothe your raging EGO.

Sabrin is 100% on board with the principles of the Movement; individual freedom and resposiblily, adherence to the Constitution, humble foreign policy, and he is an Austrian school PhD economist for gods sake.
If you really feel the need to take exception to the way he words his press releases, then by all means, start your OWN thread to do so, the rest of us have work to do.

Murray Rothbard was on his PhD committee! How cool is that.

If you read my post, you would notice that it was absolutely intentional, hence the italics.

Don't try to be clever, because you literally just misspelled "mispelled".

Unbelievable.

I just talked to Murray Sabrin this morning (no, I'm not an insider, I have donated in the past and he was calling to talk about how the campaign is going and to solicit another donation. :) )

Anyways, I was impressed that he was actually the one calling, in-person and also impressed by him personally. We talked about educating liberals on conservative economics, we talked about Pennacchio--he told me that he's either lying about his finances or completely ignorant of them. And how can someone who can't even keep accurate track of his finances be expected to be responsible monetarily? They can't.

In his campaign, Sabrin's done a couple things that I wasn't too excited about, but politics is dirty. I don't know so much about NJ politics in particular, but I do know that it's one of the more corrupt areas of the country and Sabrin is doing well. He's certainly running a more aggressive campaign than Paul--and he has to in order to have a shot. How many times have we wished that RP was more aggressive?

As far as him being an opportunist with this movement--All I have to say is that he'd be a complete fool to overlook a group of people dedicated to small government who are as reasonably organized as us. If we aren't going to help people like Murray, BJ, Amit, Vern and others get into public office, then why the hell are we here? Murray was friends with RP for years before this revolution came into being.

I think Sabrin can beat Pennacchio (with our help), my only hesitation is that NJ is typically pretty Democratic. The one good thing about Sabrin vs. Lautenberg is that Lautenberg is 84 yrs old and is perceived as being too old to serve out a 6 yr term.

Here's what some journalists are saying:

No matter how they justify it, they are simply seeking your attention. Even if you reply with with a blistering response, they've achieved their goal.

VERY COOL, I did not know that.
Economics is at the very heart of everything, and will only become more important as this slow-motion collapse occurs.

This is the MOST exciting campaign in the rEVOLUTION and the most exciting Senate campaign in America.

I just saw the Ron Paul video where he said this Senate campaign is the most important strategic campaign in the Freedom Movement.

Go watch the video on Dr. Sabrin's campaign website www.MurraySabrin.com and make your own mind up.
