Much as I hate to admit it, Beck's show today was awesome.

No, not falling off the wagon completely, but credit due and all.

He spent the whole hour with G Edward Griffin, promoted his book big time, just gave time to North Carolina's "Real Currency" effort (Ably promoted by our own Glen Bradley) and in general had a newsfest on the fed that could have been written by, well, one of us.

Still a few minutes left to wrap up, tune and tubes plz.

You know I damn near fell over when I heard him introduce Griffin.

Who also very deftly demolished the "conspiracy theory" and "crazy talk" angle of all of this.

Paraphrasing, he said, "At first, real, hard, concrete proof of what the fed is and was and what it does and how it came to be, was hard to come by, so a lot of speculation, fantasy and nonsense was out there. And they liked it this way. But now, the cat is out of the bag, exactly what they are up to is very clear for anybody willing to look. And they won't like what they see."

Because I am self confessed "Beck Basher".

Three years ago he had people on his show who were calling us "terrorists" for saying what he is saying right now.

And I've yet to hear a mea culpa about that, and that is serious shit in this day and age.

A friend of mines dad works for the FED and thinks Griffin's book is BS. I "loaned" him my copy of "End The Fed" and understand he thinks Paul is wrong on a lot of things. He still hasn't returned my book.

I think he is in denial.

He does IT work, and I was kinda hoping.... well, you know....

Doesn't one of the 12 Steps include going back to people in your life that you harmed and apologizing to them?
