Might be a good idea to start steering the conversation away from the term "ownership" on anything relating to other people. "Responsibility" and care for your children. I understand what Rand means as we all do here, but, if Rand wants to use the term ownership, he needs to use it as a negative connotation toward the Federal Government else they are going to turn it around on him as they do here.
