MSM converted my father

The cnn debate was terrible for Paul as we all know because he got no time.
I want to point out that my father, who liked RP but was still considering Mccain came away from that debate calling Mccain and Romney childish and said Ron Paul was the only one who had any sense because he was not being nasty arguing like school kids. I was told I would never convert my father. And I didn't. The MSM did!

Dad was a big Hannity and fox fan...even before he fully endorsed Paul he started not liking Hannity because Hannity calls Paul supporters nuts. His daughter is not crazy. and he was agreeing with Paul a lot then also...he doesn't like to be called crazy either.

He is also starting to wonder why he has never heard of the NAU or trans texas corridor and he watches the news every day. He is also curious as to why its not common knowledge that the fed is privately owned. (I told him about it, his 23 year old daughter)

So the MSM converted my father. All I had to do was tell truths.

This is what the R3VOLution is all about! No matter if Paul the person wins presidency we will get Paul, the message in office again and again and again because its just beginning. We are turning off our TVs and tuning into the internet and the MSM is just going to have to learn to compete.

I like to read positive threads here once in awhile....

I often write comments to online articles that ignore Ron Paul. I more and more get questions from people who have heard his name and wonder why those articles don't mention him. I give them links and other informations. It's nothing huge, but a step in the right direction.

wow, that's great! wish it worked on my parents. my mom saw me watching A:FtF and sat and watched the whole thing, and was shocked, horrified and angry....then a few weeks later saw Romney in the debate and says, "i think that guy sounds good". i said, who? but she didn't know his name! i tried reasoning with her but didn't get anywhere; the fear of radical islam overtaking our lives is apparently greater than fear of the Fed and runaway govt.
my dad is even worse...he is aware of the NAU, the corridor, and the generally massive overreach of govt. again it is the threat of radical islam, and to a greater extent, the threat of hillary. "we just have to win". he doesn't like any of the candidates and especially distrusts mccain. it doesn't matter because he's not a citizen...but he does influence others unfortunately.
oh, and Fox News is on oh about 24 hrs a day in the house. for the last several years. any coincidences here?
i never cared either way for Fox News; as a result of this election cycle, i actively hate it!
but the Paul passion is spreading...and we will be proven to be in the right.

If your mom sits down long enough to watch Freedom to Facism, you might want to try to show her The Power of Nightmares. Or you can throw the Ben Franklin quote at her ("People who give up liberty for the sake of security deserve neither"). The quote will be *much* quicker.
