Morning Joe - Ron Paul to be on

finally the response i wanted to hear about the internet from paul... ugh i cant stand to hear the words "has big support on the internet" makes us sound kinda strange... and of coarse howard dean is mentioned.... ehhh..

I agree I totally hate that phrase....it's like they have to down play Paul's support by relagating it to the internet. And then they don't quite understand why he's so popular on there either, it's the message. I'm glad Paul pointed that out.

You can bet your paycheck Ron was somewhat angry. He is so traditional he won't be alone in a room with a women. Talk about a gentlemen. I couldn't imagine what was going through Ron's mind standing up there with some prostitutes. Poor guy.

I happen to think that Congressman Paul is probably more embarassed to be on the Hill with the neocons than in a photo op with a HBO mini-celebrity.

So, are we all sending bumper stickers to the Morning Joe team or what? It sounded to me like a Paul call to action.

Come on we are no hypocritical neocons. Prostitutes are not less valuable human beings and each person has a right to live their life however it pleases them.

I didn't make that comment because I think Ron thinks less of them, I made it in my belief that he is very traditional and being on stage with a bunch of scantily clad women would be embarassing to him.

I have no problem with them. I thought they were hot. *drools*

I don't think he was saying that prostitutes are any less human or that Ron Paul wouldn't support states' rights to legalize prostitution. Ron Paul is 72 years old and he's been married for fifty years -- it wouldn't surprise anyone if it made him uncomfortable to hang around bunch of prostitutes. Carol couldn't be there since she's had heart problems and was advised to stay home for a little while. How would you feel? How would you explain to your family why they saw a segment on Fox News that said their father/uncle/granddad was hanging out with prostitutes? If you can't understand how that'd unnerve him, I don't know what else to say.

Besides, we're talking about a man who is running for president. This is the kind of stuff that sinks campaigns.

I loved when Joe asked if his supporters were frustrated Republicans, and Ron said at the rally last night, he stayed and talked with any of the 400 supporters who came out to hear him speak, and he ASKED them what their political affiliation was...and that yes, many are frustrated Republicans, many are new and have never been involved in the political party process before, many consider themselves independent, some are Green party people, and some are democrats...

lol...

In other words, Joe, we have them ALL... because freedom unites us. :)

Absolutely, I thought so, too.

Rather than spend money on the bumper stickers (where they are sure to be wasted), isn't there a downloadable "make your own bumper sticker" that we can send to that whole group?

Especially little willy ...

For those who didn't see it, Willy said something about bumper stickers and Ron said, "well, I hope my supporters don't flood you with bumper stickers" or something like that...

So...let's get on this...because angel's right - that was a Paul call to action. :)

Anyone know where there is a file for downloadable make your own bumper stickers file?

The sad thing is that Rudy can marry 738 times, including a relative and the MSM doesn't care about it, but if some obscure pimp mentions Ron Paul they put it on the front page: "PIMP ENDORSES RON PAUL"

It's so funny how hypocritical those neocon-tools are.

This is one of the problems with living on the west coast. I missed it. I hope someone will YouTube it.

But they also mentioned the BLIMP.

POST THE DAMN YOUTUBE.

(In honor of another poster who said this a while back and cracked me up :o )

And the prostitute thing is good, in my opinion. It helps to encapsulate the whole message. According to Ron Paul, everyone's deserving of liberty, even a prostitute. While Ron Paul totally disagrees with the profession, he doesn't believe in using the arm of government to enforce on people's personal actions. This helps to sell the message (and particularly the drug war stance) to people who think drugs are bad.

So I can spend less than $50 and have 100 bumper stickers sent to little willy?

Nice.

Now...off to try and find the address to make sure they arrive safely. :)

Rudy probably can marry 911 times & be mayor of NYC (did I write that out loud ) and the MSM will not mention or even think its news worthy.
