Below is an interview with Andrew Ian Dodge, now a candidate for the U.S. Senate speaking to Michelle Anderson from the North of Bangor Blog about Charlie Webster and the Maine Republican caucus fiasco. Dodge has left the Republican party over the fiasco and is running for Senate. You can listen to the first part of the interview here:
At about 1:30, he explains that a friend witnessed one chairman of a caucus ask for volunteers to be delegates. When three people stood up who were wearing Ron Paul stickers, the chairman told them 'he didn't want their type in the delegation'.

There was a meeting over the weekend in Maine which discussed whether or not Charlie Webster should remain the Maine Republican Party Chairman. The committee voted to keep him:

A thread about the meeting was deleted from the 'As Maine Goes' forum at the OP's request - Matt McDonald, a chairman of one caucus who noticed the results recorded by Webster did not match the ones he had given. His caucus had been won by Ron Paul:
