I tend to take documents filed in the district court at their face value.

I also tend to take "tweets" and internet postings as worth what I paid for `em...

Ya' know what they say about opinions.....

Yeah, this guy's credibility with me is pretty much only because he said certain things would happen and they did, and the papers were in fact filed. For my personal purposes I believe the letter was sent. Some of the other stuff sounds like there is a lot of speculation involved.

why wouldn't benton sabotage him by getting the delegates to ignore him.
benton wants political payout from the party by getting along, these guys are doing the opposite. it would make sense. but i doubt the guy has video evidence of it.

I'm usernamenuse, I asked him if he knew that for a fact about Benton. What I am getting is that the head of the Mass Dels is telling him Benton doesn't want them to join suit. Or maybe the head of the Mass Dels is personally concerned about joining suit, and merely mentioned he talks to Benton, and tweeter connected his own dots. Tweeter doesn't like Benton or Rand just so you know. It doesn't make his other info necessarily wrong, however, it is just as if you were getting the scoop from someone here who really is certain Benton and Rand betrayed people. You just double check facts on those topics for yourself.

which is still not vouching for the suit which in fact could still be some trap. If I see the RICO suit or discussion of it by the DOJ, though, I'm going to think that's fairly decent evidence they are at least trying to push stuff as best they know how.

tweets are limited to 140 characters unless you use special tweet boards. So you get a lot of 'do u c' type of questions. Here is the guy's twitter stream, but this is only what HE says or retweets. sometimes it says 'show conversation' below a tweet and you can click it and see what he is responding to.

Yeah, that is why I checked bar ethics violations on the attorney of record and got some comfort out of his having none. Now if I want to go full bore conspiracy theorist, however, I could say that some hidden 'other' attorney in the attorney group could be a Romney guy, and just not atty of record, or whatever, but I did take some comfort from that.

And if the DOJ actually comes out with a known RICO investigation or complaint, I don't think Romney people would go that far...
