That's the important missing piece...

Is it because SENIOR CITIZENS voted for McCain to be SAFE?

They voted for ROMNEY because he used American made BRILL-CREAM?

Did the voters receive erroneous calls bashing and inducing FEAR about RON PAUL?

This is a very important part in the Campaign to find out WHY, people voted for their respective candidate.

You can adjust your strategies accordingly.

ANYONE in the Campaign doing this at the EXIT POLLS?

Or, maybe they just don't like your guy. Ever think of that?

Anyone who understands Paul's message likes what they hear. Those who don't like him view reality through a television.

Note I said those who don't like him, not those who don't support him.

Shouldn't be surprised people are voting for McCain and Romney. Hell, they voted for Bush TWICE!

I'm all for Freedom, and Sean Hannity can suck eggs (I like Obama myself). You guys are pushing an ideology that does nothing to advance freedom, but would instead lock us in a vicious boom-and-bust economy with no safety net which would dramatically reduce the freedom and opportunity of the overwhelming majority of Americans. Most Americans know this. That's why they're not voting for the good Dr. Paul.

That and all the racism, antisemitism, and crackpot conspiracy theories he published.

Ron paul didnt wrote those.
Oh and u think the north american union is a conspiracy?
its no conspiracy.

Google about the the north american union

because they haven't learned enough about him yet... perhaps. He is almost everyone's best choice, they just need more education... unless they are a lobbyist or directly benefit from massive government handouts. (most people who are on the dole would be much happier campers with Ron Paul in place)
Our current system is broken financially and it will not hold. I had rebalanced assets prior to 2008 away from our economic mess, but recently had to rebalance a lot more - my faith is no longer in the US economy.

NOW you're saying something, ya my economics teacher tried to tell me that keynes saved us from the boom and bust cycle too. If you really look into the history though, you will see that it was central banking and inflationary/deflationary cycles that caused these events. And there is no racism, antisemitism, or crackpot conspiracy theories that he has published.

We are pushing the Constitution. Since when does this document not advance liberty and freedom?

If you think for one minute we can AFFORD those noble ideas Obama is pushing you are the one who is a crackpot.

And if you think for one minute any of those giant ass social programs will EVER GATHER ENOUGH VOTES TO PASS THE HOUSE YOU NEED TO PUT THE LID ON THE GLUE.

You might well win the Presidency with your corporate candidate, but you will in turn lose congress and we will have four more years on corporatism because you sir are blind as a bat and you will see this country bankrupt before you realize the error of your ways.

Sorry but I've been reading and listening to Ron Paul for over 10 years. Never heard anything racist from him and I wouldn't put up with it if I did. Libertarianism can't be racist since it's based on individual not group rights.

We don't care for democracy becuase that is rule by the mob. We are a supposed to be a nation of laws. Things like Bill of Rights. We call them fools because they fail to see why the economy is tanking. They also fail to see how Obama has continued to support this war and the Patriot Act. All of these things have me very worried.

When the economy goes to shit and the dollar crashes just remember Ron Paul was the only one who actually had a solution. The man studied the economy for over 30 years and handed greenspan and bernanke their ass in all the committee meetings.

We are up against the ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT! This is an UPHILL battle to get this country back to the people and CONSTITUTION

CORPORATIONS almost ALL INDUSTRIES!
Corrupt Politicians
MEDIA MSM
SPECIAL INTEREST
WEALTH
BIG GOVERNMENT
GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

And Obama is a muslim terrorist, everyone knows it! That's how rediculous your statements are, trueleveler. In fact, you are the bigot. You came in here to generalize everyone based on a few statements you saw. That's bigotry.

The media has done an excellent job of hiding Ron Paul and smearing him when they do talk about him.

Let's examine our country's financial situation:

9.2 trillion in national debt
1.5? trillion in state and municipality debt(i'm guessing low on that, I know it is higher)
60 trillion in future social security/medicare liabilities
Our national spending budget for 2008 is 2.9 trillion. Our state and municipality spending is approximately 2 trillion.

What's this all add up to? To maintain our current departments assuming we didn't increase their budgets at all and NOT EVEN PAY DOWN OUR DEBT and to maintain our current budget would cost 290 trillion in the next 50 years. Let's put that in real terms:

Each household will have to pay $53,000 per year in taxes to simply MAINTAIN what we have. The average household income is $45,000 per year.

That means that it is impossible to maintain this and, with this current trend, in a few years America will collapse.

The idea is to save it BEFORE the collapse instead of continuing our course and destroying our country.

This requires huge modifications. Tinkering will not change this destination. We have to go back to the Constitution and see where we went wrong. After the Revolutionary war the country was in complete chaos, but when the Constitution was completed and enforced, within 2 years we were the most prosperous nation in the world. The concept was simple: liberty.

First financial liberty. People kept all the fruits of their labor and so they were able to control where their dollars were spent instead of a few politicians in Washington. The people had the power. Also, with this financial liberty was the limitation on money where it had to be backed by gold or silver. Then people could place a true value on their skills and labor on a set amount of gold or silver. There was no uncertainty and people became more efficient to increase their value instead of trying to find comfy government jobs.

Within two years congress had more revenues then they had anticipated and were running a surplus. This was without an income tax, sales tax, or property tax.

Technology developed at an alarming rate, electricity, engines, electronics, planes, trains, automobiles...

We had something that was the envy of all the world. It wasn't that our people were any better than any other people around the world or any smarter. It was just that we placed restraints on the government and this allowed the power to stay in the hands of the people. But then in 1913 that began to change with the Federal Reserve(a private bank) being put in place as the national bank on that bleak Christmas Eve. This essentially created a monopoly. This then pushed forward fractional reserve banking practices that led to the Great Depression and then through a great many deception, the New Deal pushed our country toward a communist like state where financial liberty was no longer known in America. Whether it is 1% socialist or 100% socialist makes no difference. The trend had begun and soon we will be unable to sustain the burden our government will place on the people.

I'd like to go back to that new concept that was instated with our Constitution, that of financial liberty which leaves power in the hands of the people. Ron Paul also believes in the power of people over the power of the government. It is an entirely new concept never found anywhere else in the world in the past 6,000 years or so of known history.

most senior citizens fear the terrorists and want their entitlements.

15% are holy rollers

35% are the wealth and gold diggers

15% are transplants from the northeast

I assume that's about right
