Money Bomb Comparison Graph

Looking at all previous money bombs, donating slows down a between 2-3 AM (EST) then picks up again afterl 8 AM. From that pattern we're already on track to match or beat the previous days totals. The real test will be what happens during the day.

The comparisons won't hold up. This is an entirely different beast than the last one. This one wasn't nearly as hyped as December 16th. That one had media coverage like mad.

This one will be similar to Nov. 5th, except that we have a lot of moneybomb veterans now who aren't sitting by their computers breathlessly waiting to donate. A lot of people will play it cool and donate tomorrow. I'll bet the incline tomorrow is steeper than the ones in the past. I doubt we beat December 16th, but I bet we come in with a respectable $3.5.

Not understanding the graph I guess... To me that graph makes it look like Nov 30 was our biggest fundraising day.

It left off the two big moneybombs. They were both at about 250k right now, so it's not looking like we will get him anthor 4 mil.

From the chart webpage:

Oops. This is much slower. But I agree we have experienced donors now that are content to get a nights sleep and take care of business in the morning. We may see more action after 8 AM than previously. I hope...

Everyones gonna wake up to the glorious email from Dr. Paul and give 200% more than they planned!

Looking at those comparisons, its a fair bet that we will have the third best fundraising day today. The only one of those days which started off better was December 17th, and that was coming right off the tea party where donations were heavy early in the morning but slowed dramatically. A more comparable day is November 30th, which was an actual fundraising day and not just the remnants of one that occured the day before. We are outpacing that one now, which puts us on track for the 3rd best.

Yeah that's a good point. The trend that the Nov 30th day had will be most similar to today. This is good news since we are doing about 2 1/2 times better than Nov 30th so far. This means this day will definitely be our third largest day behind Nov 5th and Dec 16th. Also I think tomorrow more people will be donating than tonight like happened on Nov 5th. Whatever happens we have to avoid people donating last minute because that crashed the website last time which was terrible!

It SHOULD be the first best.

Freakin' fools with their "Incompetent campaign" propoganda, costing us money.

There's no way that we haven't gained momentum as far as new supporters and possible donors go.

WTF, people?

When people were speculating a possible 23mil in January I believed it.

Now we'll be lucky to break four.

/disappointment

Correct. We need the chart with the the other money bomb days.

The other graph compares this to non money bomb days.

Right, the goal is to beat 525K in one day. Well I fucking hope so.

Relax, we will beat 525k in one day.

People are sleeping right now, there is no urgency to donate right at the start..

Perspective

Dig deep guys. At the current rate of delegates per money raised, we're going to have to raise nearly $6.2 BILLION dollars to get the nomination. Keep up the good work, HQ!
