I urge you to support and cosponsor H.Res. 14, a resolution urging the President to declassify a 28-page finding on foreign government support of the 9/11 hijackers. H.Res. 14 has [include the current number] bipartisan cosponsors.

The 28-page section of the Joint Inquiry into Intelligence Activities Before and After the Terrorist Attacks of September 11 has been classified for over a decade. The former Chairman and Vice Chairman of the 9/11 Commission have said it is a shame the 28 pages are still classified.

Since the public cannot read the classified section, it is your responsibility to take an hour of your time to read 28 pages and decide whether the information should be made public to help our understanding of the Middle East.

I would greatly appreciate a response confirming if you have read the 28 pages, if you will request permission from the Intelligence Committee to read the 28 pages (if you have not read the pages), and if you support H.Res. 14. Thank you for your time.

After a month of no response, I emailed his District Director and asked for a response. I received it days later.

Rep. Mick Mulvaney joined as the 29th cosponsor yesterday all because someone asked him about this issue on his Facebook page three days ago. If you haven't contacted your Congressman, you might be surprised at what little effort it takes to get them to support or at least respond to the issue.
