I think they said they were trying to get Stossel and Nap but it hasn't been confirmed.
But anyway, yes this is legit. Free & Equal was responsible for the 2008 3rd party debate (I think the VP debate also but not sure) and the woman behind it, Christina Tobin, is a libertarian. I donated money to them last time for pulling it off
