You can't address this issue without addressing the cultural assimilation problem.
People learn whats right and wrong from their culture.
They aren't the same culture as us so their understanding as what's right and wrong aren't the same.
In order to be part of the same culture and country you have to at the very least speak the same language as your first language.
In our country we have an American culture and we separate church and state.
The american culture has always been dominated by our national culture that people assimilate to which is inspired by Christianity and western ideas of justice.
In short we dont let a religion decide whats right and whats wrong we let our government and justice system decide.
So whats right in our country is not always whats right in other countries.
Whats good in our country is whats best for our country and whats wrong in our country is whats bad for our country.
We drive on the right side of the road and in our country thats the right thing to do.
Men are not women.
That might not be what other countries believe is right but we believe it is right.
