Yes, because God is speaking directly to him (and you). Furthermore, he knows (and you know) that what the Bible says is true, and you are suppressing it in unrighteousness. This is also in the Bible, in Romans 1.

To be fair, Ronin actually protested when I accused him of being an atheist, so technically Sola's quote of that passage was not effective because it was running on an incorrect premise.
