Missouri Caucus Results [MOD: MULTIPLE County victory details; MUST READ for all]

Hi all. I was at the Jackson County, MO caucus. It was all so so surreal. One minute, the communists McInsanites were talking so tough and self-righteously. The next minute, they were running out of the building.

I look back and remember them making accusations. In turn, we stood up to them. We held our ground. And the weasels ran. I could hardly believe my eyes. Many others were stunned as well.

We did not get the majority in Platte county, it was 27 to 34, but did get some headway. We got two platform changes passed and got the rules committee to direct delegate slates to be in proportion to actual vote. So thou Ron Paul only got 2 of the 34 delegates, John Macain only got 11, while Mitt got 12 and Huckabee got 9.

Actually, that's good. We want Romney and Huckabee people joining us on that floor. You did good, soldier!

The information is still incorrect.

There are two conventions in MO. One for Congressional Districts and one for State.

At the caucus last Saturday we picked a slate of delegates to go to both conventions.

So when I posted this earlier:

This means St. Charles County is sending 115 delegates to the 2nd Congressional District Convention and 16 delegates to the 9th Congressional District Convention.

However, there are other counties that are in District 2 that are also sending delegates and the same applies with every other district.

At the Congressional District Conventions 3 delegates are nominated per district to go to the National Convention in St. Paul.

For the State Convention, which, it looks like is the only Convention listed on your document, we got either 128/137 delegates or 137/137.

At the State Convention MO nominates 55 delegates to the National Convention in St. Paul, MN and 3 are given to the head of the MO GOP, secretary, and one other person.

I'm only listing county convention,as i've found no other evidence of results anywhere for any of the district convention, with the exception of yours. If want I can give you the ability to edit this and add the district convention results as well.

You're only listing the State Convention, because at the county conventions we voted to send one group of delegates to the Congressional District Convention and one group to the State Convention.

However, since we have two Congressional Districts in St. Charles County, we send 115 to CD2 Convention and 22 to CD9 convention. (115+22=137)

We also send 137 to State Convention.

I know it's a bit confusing, it took me some time to wrap my head around it. :D

We have a group of people finalizing the numbers as we speak. If you need help with the document I don't mind helping out.

If someone is finalizing the numbers for everything then we don't need the spreadsheet.

Here are some updates for your spreadsheet for where you have a "?"

To find the delegate total for each county all you need to do is go to the following liink
http://www.sos.mo.gov/enrweb/countyselect.asp?arc=1&eid=131
Add a County, click view results, take the total number of votes for GW Bush/Cheney and divide that number by 700.

Jasper County total delegates = 45
Johnson County total delegates = 18

We're finalizing our numbers for St. Charles County.

HQ is doing there own thing, which I don't have access to at the moment and this is fun since I'm bored at work :D

Phelps county also filled the congressional district delegate slots with 17 RP supporters out of 17 possible positions (same numbers as state).

Also, I got an email from someone in Crawford county. They got 6 RP supporters out of 9 delegates to the State Convention, and 4 RP supporters out of 9 to go to the convention for the 9th District. Apparently, the chairman also stormed out of the caucus here. Common theme, eh?

Missouri

How were RP supporters so organized in Missouri in particular. The whole thing strikes me as odd.

lol I wouldn't call it organized. You should've me and the three that pulled of ST. Charles the night before and morning of the caucus.

heh

Heh a butch of hung over RP supporters or something?

Final/official delegate count for St. Charles County:

For the 2nd Congressional District Convention on April 19th - 102/115
For the 9th Congressional District Convention on April 19th - 12/22 (six went unfilled, four to bad guys

For the State Convention on May 31st - 126/137

The 2nd Congressional District Convention looks like it will be at least a simple majority of Ron Paul delegates, so I'm very confident we will get three delegates nominated to the National Convention. :D

So far for 2nd Congressional District Convention we have 111/127. :D

so......

How many delegates total will be going to state?

Just wanting to do a little math!:)

p.s. Is it possible to indicate McCains delegates on the sheet too?
(ie: Platte County McCain 11) so we know what states he does NOT
have the remaining delegates (total-Paul's).
