Precinct Captain in Ramsey County here. Looking at 6-7 delegates for Ron out of 10 in my precinct. Possibly more of supporters get the voice mails that I left them.

Hmm.. You CAN call out names of supporters who won't be there. And remember even if you don't have people up to be delegates, then just call out the names of those supporters who aren't there- THEY DON'T have to go. The strategy is to WASTE the space! If those delegates spots aren't ours, then they are not theirs either!!!

WASTE Delegate/Alternate spots if you don't have enough people. Call out the names of other supporters there or not even if they have no intention of going. Its better that those spots are WASTED then gone to our opposition.

There were only 9 people at my precinct.
Paul - 2
Gingrich - 2
Romney - 2
Santorum - 3

There were 2 people in their early twenties that I thought for sure would also be Paul supporters, but I guess not.

My wife & I went the stealth route, and we're both delegates just by volunteering. Easy peasy.

I wish I could have brought more, but we haven't lived here very long, and we don't know any of our neighbors yet. I did get at least 6 friends to commit to going to their precinct caucuses, but haven't heard back how those went yet.

5 Delegates for Ron Paul out of 5 Delegates. Plus we got 1 alternate, but she won't be needed.

Newt - 2

We got 5 out of 6 delegate spots to BPOU convention.
