No it didn't and the polling data confirms that.
Trump talking out of his ass and generating sound bites for the MMOs is nothing new either, hell, he's been doing that for years.
And...sometimes that hurts him. Ignore the facts all you want, but him telling Bob Woodward that he new the pandemic would be bad but he didn't want people to "panic" hurt him. In 2016 Trump made gains by talking crazy. Everyone who loves the crazy talk
already supports Trump. So now it's the voters in the middle who don't really like Trump or Kamala trying to decide not which one is better but which one is worse.
Only one thing changed to take his polling from being up a couple of points to down by double digits in Michigan and down in other states.
And that was replacing Biden with Harris.
Now, certainly some of that switch was due to the fact that Biden was obviously incapable of holding the office.
But among black voters, especially black women, it was simply because she was black like them.
Biden was a
walking corpse! Even freaking Jon Stewart had to admit that. Come on dude. With Biden one could actually make the argument that if he got that 3 AM phone call about an incoming nuclear strike he wouldn't know where he was. The
biggest attacks on Kamala right now are coming from black people. Case in point:
Ask yourself this question. Where were all of the black voters for Kamala Harris back when
she was running against
Biden for president in 2020? Her poll numbers were so terrible that she actually dropped out in 2019.

You're delusional if you think Kamala Harris is somehow popular because she's a black woman. She's doing better in Joe Biden in the polls because she's not a corpse and, to the extent that's she's doing better than Trump, it's because she's not Trump.

I'm glad you struck that out, but I'm curious: why is "racist" your default position on this?
I'm curious as to how you can describe applauding the "monkey noises" frat punk as anything
but racist? And
you brought up race. It seems to be
your default position. I struck it out to be funny, but I think that was straight up racist on the part of the RNC. It certainly wasn't pro white. (Unless you think backing Israel 100% is what all good white people are supposed to do). It was racist and it was pro Israel and it had nothing to do with actually appealing to sensible white people. But...maybe I'm wrong. Explain how that clip is supposed to gain that elusive 3% of white people that you think feel the GOP just isn't standing up for them enough.
There are hundreds if not thousands of political pressure and advocacy groups in the US, including the DNC, that openly advocate for the specific interests of the races and ethnic groups they represent.
Why is it "racist" if whites do the same thing?
So....adocating for Israel by making monkey noises as a black woman who is on campus to speak for the Palestinians is standing up for white people?
